Handpicked from the finest vineyards in this Miracle Point of Australia, our Chardonnay grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in small French barrels. This process results in a complex wine with excellent structure and balance. Expect flavors of peach, citrus and fig, complemented by secondary notes of hazelnut and cashew. The finish is elegantly enhanced by French oak overtones.
